THE PLAN:
How about if Jon writes a letter to Coogan, and Ron writes one to Eckardt. Jon's can be on CLEA stationery, but as a key administrator talking to another. Meanwhile, mine will be on Peabody stationery, written as a dept. chair talking to another, referencing the Esser-Coogan note. If we can get these out very early next week, they'll be received early in the week after Thanksgiving. Maybe early the following week we can weigh in with phone calls, and include a call from Steve Tarantal to Jay Coogan that week, too?
